In the sectors of architecture, urban planning and heritage,
ANVPAH & VSS follow the evolutions and new distributions
of responsibilities. It develops co-operation and complementariness
between communities and territorial services. It leads to opening
towards new technical and financial partners. As a stakeholder
of the public powers, ANVPAH & VSS work with the different
ministries involved, the Senate and the Parliament on the evolution
of the legal and financial framework of the protection and the valuation
of heritage. Regrouping the cities that chose the way to excellence
in the field of restoration, regulation, training of professionals,
research and public awareness raising. ANVPAH &
VSS characterize their actions by means of some keywords:
