The aims of the meeting are to present best-practices in nature
protection, forestry and water management along transboundary protected
areas of the Danube river, to enhance cooperation among trasnboundary
protected areas, particularly Danube river floodplain in Central Europe,
to harmonise nature protection management along transboundary protected
areas.
The target group of meeting covers transboundary protected areas
managers (Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic),
international NGO’s (ECNC, WWF, Euronatur) and selected national
stakeholders (forestry, water management).
