The Interreg IIIC project CULTURED - Cultural Heritage and Regional
Development - is a transnational project, comprising 14 partners
from 9 countries who worked together for three years to share best
practices in using built heritage and cultural identity as an engine
for regional development. The CULTURED partnership searched for
mechanisms for a market oriented valorisation and reuse of elements
of built heritage in different European regions.
The final Conference will offer an excellent opportunity to exchange
innovative ideas and projects related to cultural heritage and regional
development at the EU level. Interested parties, stakeholders and
organisations active in the field of heritage and regional development,
including public and private participants, are invited to share
their experience and knowledge with the project partners and experts.
