This course, taught in SPANISH, is a program of intensive qualification
of 34 days presented by the Center for hanfdling and training in
Protected Areas in the State University of Colorado and the office
of International Programs of the United States Forest Service. It
is designed for personnel of medium level, professionals as well
as technicians, interested in improving the handling of protected
areas in their countries.
The course is designed for personnel who works with governmental
agencies, nongovernmental organizations and the private sector,
involved in the planning and handling of protected areas. The program
is specially aimed at field civil employees of Latin America, who
work directly in relation to protected areas or for those of spanish
speakers registered in this field of study in North American universities.
