This conference is being organized by the Finnish Environment
Institute, the Helsinki University of Technology, and the Academy
of Finland. UNESCO, WMO and IAHS are contributing to the event through
the Scientific Committee. The Conference is targeting the hydrological
science community, coordinators of water resources programmes, and
decision makers.
