This workshop N°4 therefore targets operators of cultural routes
at all levels, whether they are part of the group of cultural routes
that have already been certified, or whether they have just made a
proposal: those in charge of politicians and administrators, private
and public cultural and tourism operators, site managers, heritage
mediators etc.
It looks to explain in a concrete manner the oenogastronomic dimension
that it is possible and desirable to add to cultural routes.
This session will be supported by the two practical examples of
the Route of the Olive Tree and the Route of the Phoenicians, visits
and the work of gastronomic professionals, as well as approaches
linked to the European Capitals of Culture.
