Forum UNESCO-University and Heritage (FUUH) is an UNESCO Project for undertaking activities to protect and safeguard the cultural and natural heritage, through an informal networkof higher education institutions. FUUH is under the joint responsibility of the UNESCO World Heritage Centre and the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), Spain. This internet website is not an official site of UNESCO but a website created and managed by the UPV within the framework of the project FUUH.

Summary:

The main purpose of the third meeting of the Committee will be to continue deliberations to finalize the Draft Guidelines for the Implementation of the Second Protocol and, in particular, three chapters on its dissemination, monitoring of its implementation and international assistance.

The draft chapters on dissemination and monitoring of the implementation of the Second Protocol were prepared by Finland and the draft chapter on international assistance was prepared by the Secretariat.
