Introduction to the theory and practice of thematic interpretation
for guides.
It will revise the theoretical roots of the thematic approach to
the interpretation of natural and cultural heritage, and we will
put in practice a wide range of techniques that allow guides to
mark a difference with the purpose of understanding how users think,
feel and behave with respect to the natural surroundings (environment)
and the cultural resources.
