ABSTRACT
Abstract: There are two basic functions in historic urban landscape, religion rite function and aristocrat enjoying function, which are
changed with the development of history. In some developing country, such as China, these functions have been disappearing greatly, and
commerce function and the masses tourism function are added. So the new problem is emerged----The environment integrality of the
historic urban landscape, which includes historic meanings, physical landscape and surrounding is threatened. Therefore, it is necessary
for us to establish the evaluation system to preserve the historic urban landscape.
