Registration rates (in Euro) approved by HPC are as follows:

Early bird registration 100 euros 200 euros
Late Registration 200 euros 400 euros
Student (1) 30 euros 60 euros
Participants who do not present a paper

(1) Your student card should be scanned and sent along with your registration form, or presented upon registration in Hanoi

Cancellation

Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the seminar will receive the printed proceedings at the address they communicated in the registration form.

Visas

All visas to enter Vietnam should be requested as soon as the acceptance by the Scientific Committee is received, as the process may be long. The letter of acceptance sent by the Scientific Committee should be sent upon submission of every visa application.
UNESCO World Heritage Centre may issue a verbal note or a certificate in order to facilitate the obtaining of participants’ visas, upon request. This request should be made with one week notice. Participants will send these certificates to Viet Nam Consulates wherever they stay. It will not be the duty of UNESCO WHC to send certificates to the relevant authorities.


To establish a certificate in order to facilitate the obtaining of participants’ visas
